NESCAFÉ Salted Caramel

We wouldn’t normally recommend adding salt to your coffee but this salty-sweet caramel mix is just delectable!

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 5g NESCAFÉ Gold
  • 30ml caramel syrup
  • 220ml fresh milk
  • 30ml condensed milk

    Garnish:
  • Caramel sauce
  • Salt flakes

EQUIPMENT

  • Milk pitcher
  • Steamer from espresso machine
  • Barspoon
  • Measuring cup
  • Scale

METHOD

  1. Take your glass, turn it upside down and dip it in caramel sauce so that the rim is covered
  2. Sprinkle salt flakes over it so they stick to the caramel sauce rim
  3. In a glass, serve condensed milk for the first layer
  4. Then serve the salted caramel syrup for the second layer
  5. Mix the milk with NESCAFÉ and heat them up to 60°C
  6. Next, pour over to create the third layer
  7. Aesthetic and delicious!


Tip: Serve all liquids over a spoon to create the layers.
