1.5kg HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Ground Mince

1kg BUITONI Sugo Al Pomodoro (coulis)

3kg White onions

70g CHEF Black Garlic Paste

150 CHEF Red and Port Wine Paste

600g Carrots

3 sprig Thyme

10mL Olive oil

1kg Spaghetti

300g Celery

10g Oregano

  1. Defrost the HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Ground Mince. Dice the onions, the carrots and the celery.
  2. Heat up the olive oil in a big cooking pot and sweat the onions, the carrots and the celery for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Ground Mince and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro, CHEF Black Garlic Paste and CHEF Red and Port Wine Paste. Cook for 30 minutes at medium heat.
  5. Cook the pasta in salty boiling water until al dente.
  6. Season the Bolognese sauce with fresh thyme, chopped oregano and salt and pepper. 
  7. Place the pasta into a serving dish. Pour the Bolognese sauce on top and decorate with the fresh basil.

Chef's Tip

  • Serve all elements seperately for home delivery.
  • For an extra kick, add 40-70 grams CHEF Fermented Pepper Paste.
  • Drizzle Spaghetti with nut brown butter before adding Bolognese for an extra nutty flavour.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese for an authentic finish.
  • For a vegan dish, replace CHEF Red and Port Wine Paste with a vegan red wine reduction.
