Sensational Mince Korean Bibimbap Bowl

Method

1.5kg HARVEST GOURMET® SensationalTM Ground Mince
300ml MAGGI Hoisin Sauce
2kg Cooked rice
1kg Spinach, sauteed
80g Seaweed salad
1kg Bean sprouts, seasoned with salt
1kg Carrot, julienned, lightly stir fry
100g Sesame seeds, toasted
100ml Sesame oil

  1. Marinate HARVEST GOURMET™ SENSATIONAL™ Ground Mince in the hoisin sauce for around 10 minutes. Cook the rice. 
  2. Heat oil in pan and add the marinaded HARVEST GOURMET™ SENSATIONAL™ Ground Mince. Sauté until brown and fold in some white sesame seeds.
  3. In a serving bowl, plate 200g of cooked short grain rice, 150g HARVEST GOURMET™ SENSATIONAL™ Ground Mince and 100g of seasoned spinach, seaweed salad, carrot and soybean sprouts.
  4. Top each bowl with 10ml of sesame oil and 10g of white sesame seeds.
