Instructions

  1. Combine NESTLÉ Docello Gluten Free Protein Enriched Lemon Flavoured Dessert Mix, milk, cream and lemon zest and beat in an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes to combine the ingredients.
  2. Scrape down the sides and beat for a further 2 minutes until thick and creamy.
  3. Spoon or pipe into tart cases.
  4. Chill until ready to decorate.
