Almond Panna Cotta

Instructions

  1. Mix cream and milk in a 2L or 6L saucepan, bring to the boil whilst stirring.
  2. Remove from the heat and whisk in the NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta Dessert Mix for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the toasted almond meal.
  4. Pour evenly into lightly oiled moulds.
  5. Chill until set.
  6. To make orange sauce, combine orange juice and sugar over low heat, stirring occasionally until a syrup forms.
