Caramel Pear Upside Down Pudding

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over base of greased and lined 26cm x 32cm baking pan, cut pear halves into quarters and arrange over brown sugar.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy, beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in sifted flours and NESTLÉ Caramel Mousse Dessert Mix with milk, spread cake mixture evenly over pears.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until cooked. Remove from oven, stand 5 minutes before turning out. If desired, serve warm with Caramel Custard.
