Chicken and Seafood Paella

  1. Heat oil in paella pan or a large frying pan. Add onion, red and green capsicum, tomato, garlic and calamari. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the rice and stir for 1 minuite.
  2. Add combined water, MAGGI Chicken Booster, saffron, crushed tomatoes and paprika. Bring to boil; cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add prawns, vongoli, and mussels; cook until seafood is tender and cooked through and vongoli and mussels are open. Stir through peas just before serving.
  4. Serving Suggestion: serve topped with lemon wedges, if desired.
