Chocolate Banana Muffins

A perfectly balanced complement to coffees. Total time 35 minutes + cooling time. Makes 10-12 muffins

    Method

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180˚c. 
    2. Mash bananas, then mix in sugar, vanilla, Greek yogurt, melted butter and egg. 
    3. Once combined, sift in dry ingredients and mix till no flour is left. 
    4. Fold in chopped chocolate. 
    5. Cut 12 square pieces of baking paper and form a rough cup in the muffin tin. 
    6. Weigh out 90g per muffin. 
    7. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
