Coconut, Cookies & Cream Panna Cotta Tart with Cherry Sauce

  1. Combine biscuits and coconut and place in the flan base.
  2. Make NESTLÉ DOCELLO Panna Cotta Dessert Mix according to directions, pour on top of the biscuit mix.
  3. Decorate flan with some cherries from jar. Chill for 2 hrs.
  4. To make cherry sauce, place remaining cherries with juice in saucepan. Blend a little of the cherry juice with cornflour to make a paste, add to pan.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until boiled. Remove from heat and chill. Serve tart with sauce.
