Healthy Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Granola Bar

A healthier indulgence – the perfect partner for your favourite coffee. Total time 30 minutes + 2 hours setting time. Makes 10 slices cut at 4.5cm x 7cm

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 165˚c. 
    2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a saucepan warm up coconut oil and honey (40˚c). 
    3. Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined. Press and compact mix with a crank handle spatula into a sprayed 5x24x14cm rectangle frame. 
    4. Bake for 8-15 minutes until the top of the granola bar is lightly browned. 
    5. Cool completely in refrigerator for 2 hours and then cut with a large serrated knife to serve.
    6. Drizzle with extra chocolate to finish.
