Herb & Garlic Butter Mash

Instructions

  1. Using electric hand beater, beat butter, oil and garlic together until well combined. Stir in herbs, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring water to simmer over high heat. Add MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix in a steady stream, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, remove from heat.
  3. Add herb and garlic butter to warm mash potato and gently fold in until almost combined. SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious served with chicken, pork or lamb.
