Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan, brown lamb, remove from pan. Add onions to pan, brown lightly, remove from pan.
  2. Add bacon and garlic to pan, cook 1 minute. Add combined MAGGI WHOLENESS Gluten Free Instant Rich Gravy Mix, water and wine, bring to boil stirring. Return meat and onions to pan, simmer covered 20 minutes.
  3. Add carrots and mushrooms to pan, simmer covered 25 minutes. Add peas, simmer further 5 minutes.
  4. If desired, serve with MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix, pasta or cous cous.
