Lemon Custard Baked Dessert

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Combine the lemon dessert mix and flour then add milk, eggs and lemon zest.
  3. Beat in an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes to combine the ingredients.
  4. Scrape down the sides and increase to speed to medium high and beat for 3 minutes until fluffy.
  5. Pour into an oven proof serving  dish (approx. 30cm x 21cm) and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, puffed and just set in the centre.
  6. Serve warm with cream and passionfruit sauce if desired.
