Instructions
- Combine in bowl sifted flour, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, sugar, raisins and orange rind.
- Combine in bowl sifted flour, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, sugar, raisins and orange rind.Add butter, eggs and milk, mix until smooth. Spoon mixture evenly into greased muffin pans, bake in 200°C oven 20 minutes until golden.
