Pork Normandy

  1. Heat oil in pan, add pork chops cook until well browned, remove from pan, drain oil.
  2. Add butter, apple and brandy to pan, cook 2 minutes.
  3. Combine MAGGI CLASSIC Demi-Glace Sauce Mix with part of the water, whisk to a smooth paste, add remaining water to pan, bring to boil
  4. Whisk prepared paste into pan, return to boil, reduce heat, return pork to pan, add prunes, simmer until pork is cooked through.
  5. Remove pork from pan, stir in sour cream, pour over pork.
