Instructions

  1. Combine yeast, water and sugar in bowl, stand in warm place 10 minutes, until bubbles form on surface.
  2. Add yeast mixture to flour, mix to a firm dough, knead well.
  3. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to 1.5cm thickness, place on greased oven tray
  4. Spread BUITONI Tomato Coulis Sauce over dough, sprinkle with tasty cheese, top with remaining ingredients, sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake in 200°C oven 30 minutes, until golden.
