Spanish Veal Roll Ups

  1. Heat oil in pan, add garlic, bacon, capsicum and olives, cook 8 minutes.
  2. Combine with breadcrumbs and BUITONI Tomato Coulis.
  3. Place stuffing evenly in centre of veal steaks, roll up and secure.
  4. Heat extra oil in baking pan, add veal, brown well. Add extra BUITONI Tomato Coulis, bake in 180°C oven 25-30 minutes until well cooked. Serve sliced with sauce. If desired, accompany with asparagus.
