Submit the form below to enter the Nestlé Toque d'Or Culinary and Restaurant Service Competition on Monday 12 August 2019.

Entries close 5pm Friday 19 April 2019. 

Nestlé Toque d’Or is New Zealand’s longest running culinary and restaurant service competition. It provides a platform for the country's leading hospitality stars to showcase their skills in a competitive environment. The event is an experience like no other, providing opportunities to connect with and learn from a network of inspiring hospitality professionals. You will have the chance to showcase your hospitality talents and win globally recognised medals across cookery and restaurant service categories. There's also the chance to win the coveted title of Nestlé Toque d’Or Supreme Winner and a prize pack that includes a culinary trip to Australia.

If your application to take part in the event is successful, you will compete against the country’s best student and apprentice hospitality talent at The Hospitality Championships in Auckland on Monday 12 August 2019.

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Step 1. Form a team of three comprising: 2 x cookery competitors and 1 x restaurant service competitor. To be eligible to enter:

  • All three team members must be residents of NZ and working in the hospitality industry.
  • Competitors must be aged under 25 years as at 12 August 2019. One cookery competitor can be under the age of 27 years as at 12 August 2019.
  • You cannot be a past competitor of Nestlé Toque d’Or.
  • You must be available to take up the winners prize to Australia on 9 -12 September 2019.
  • Complete the entry form below.

Step 2. Send your resume to [email protected] and tell us why you deserve to win the Nestlé Toque d’Or Competition.

Step 3. Entries will be vetted by phone and / or email by the Chief Judges.

Step 4. If successful, you will be given the official Nestlé Toque d'Or handbook which provides competition details and judging sheets. Your team will be required to compete at the Nestlé Toque d’Or Competition on Monday 12 August in Auckland at The Hospitality Championships. Your team will also be required to attend the Nestlé Toque d'Or awards dinner which is held later that evening.
