Lamb Bourguignonne

Ingredients
  • 20 mL Canola oil
  • 1 kg Lamb Cubed
  • 20 ea Button onion
  • 100 gr Bacon Chopped and fat trimmed
  • 5 gr Garlic Crushed
  • 200 gr MAGGI WHOLENESS Gluten Free Instant Rich Gravy Mix
  • 800 mL Water
  • 125 mL White wine
  • 20 ea Baby carrots
  • 200 gr Button mushrooms
  • 200 gr Peas, green, fresh
  • MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix Optional
Preparation

    Heat oil in pan, brown lamb, remove from pan. Add onions to pan, brown lightly, remove from pan.

    Add bacon and garlic to pan, cook 1 minute. Add combined MAGGI WHOLENESS Gluten Free Instant Rich Gravy Mix, water and wine, bring to boil stirring. Return meat and onions to pan, simmer covered 20 minutes.

    Add carrots and mushrooms to pan, simmer covered 25 minutes. Add peas, simmer further 5 minutes.

    If desired, serve with MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix, pasta or cous cous.
