Serve  Quantity Liquid Instructions
3 1 Cup 2 Cups water or low fat milk Bring 1 cup of UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats and 2 Cups of cold water (or low fat milk) to the boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 2 minutes stirring and serve.

 

Microwave

Serve  Quantity Liquid Instructions
1 1/3 Cup 1 Cup water or low fat milk Cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes, and then stir. Cook for a further 1 minute. Continue to cook for 30 second bursts until desired consistency is reached.
2 2/3 Cup  1 1/2 Cup water or low fat milk Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes, and then stir. Cook for a further 1 minute. Continue to cook for 30 second bursts until desired consistency is reached.
3 1 Cup  2 Cups water or low fat milk Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes, and then stir. Cook for a further 1 minute. Continue to cook for 30 second bursts until desired consistency is reached.
