Mustard Mash

Ingredients
  • 125 gr Butter chopped
  • 30 gr Dijon mustard 2 tbs
  • 30 gr Mustard, wholegrain 2 tbs
  • 875 mL Water
  • 175 gr MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix 4kg
  • 1 brunch Chives chopped

    Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat until sizzling, remove from heat and add Dijon and wholegrain mustards, whisk to combine. Keep warm.

    Meanwhile, bring water to simmer over a high heat. Add MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix in a steady stream, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, remove from heat.

    Add chives to warm butter then fold through mash potato. Sason to taste with salt an dpepper. SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious served with fish, chicken, lamb and gluten free sausages.
