Seafood Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  • 2.5 kg Penne
  • 2 kg Prawn, peeled and cooked
  • 240 gr Black olives Sliced
  • 1.2 kg Avocado pear Chunks
  • 1.2 kg Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 6 kg BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis)
  • 180 gr Anchovies, canned in oil, drained Mashed
  • 200 mL Vinegar
  • 200 mL Olive oil
  • 1.2 kg Calamari Crumbed
Preparation

    Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain.

    Combine pasta, prawns, olives avocado and tomatoes.
  • 3
    Combine BUITONI Tomato Coulis, anchovy, vinegar and oil, toss through pasta. Arrange salad in serving bowl.
  • 4
    Deep fry calamari rings, place around edge of salad.
  • 5
    Garnish if desired with chopped parsley.
