Seafood Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 2.5 kg Penne
- 2 kg Prawn, peeled and cooked
- 240 gr Black olives Sliced
- 1.2 kg Avocado pear Chunks
- 1.2 kg Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 6 kg BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis)
- 180 gr Anchovies, canned in oil, drained Mashed
- 200 mL Vinegar
- 200 mL Olive oil
- 1.2 kg Calamari Crumbed
Preparation

1Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain.

2Combine pasta, prawns, olives avocado and tomatoes.

3Combine BUITONI Tomato Coulis, anchovy, vinegar and oil, toss through pasta. Arrange salad in serving bowl.

4Deep fry calamari rings, place around edge of salad.

5Garnish if desired with chopped parsley.
