Vanilla Panna Cotta with Raspberries and Lemon Curd

Ingredients
  • 150 gr NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta Dessert Mix
  • 500 mL Milk
  • 500 mL Milk
  • 150 gr Rasberry
Preparation

    Make NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta Dessert Mix according to instructions, pour into 125ml moulds.

    Divide raspberries evenly between moulds pushing them under the surface and to the sides of the moulds.
  • 3
    Chill for a minimum of 1 hr. Turn out, pour sauce over and garnish with extra raspberries.
