Tuscan Lamb and Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 40 mL Olive oil
- 1.25 kg Diced Lamb
- 8 gr Crushed Garlic
- 200 gr Chopped Onion
- 150 gr Chopped Carrots
- 150 gr Chopped Celery
- 200 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Minstrone Soup MIX
- 1 L Water
- 800 gr BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis)
- 400 gr Rinsed and drained Butter beans, canned
Preparation

1Heat 1/2 the oil in large pan, brown lamb, remove from pan.

2Heat remaining oil in pan, add garlic, onion, carrot and celery, cook 2 minutes.

3Add combined MAGGI CLASSIC Minestrone Soup Mix, water and BUITONI Tomato Coulis, bring to boil stirring.

4Return meat to pan, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 minutes, add butter beans, simmer further 5 minutes.

5If desired, garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
