Ingredients
- 195 gr NESTLÉ DOCELLO Créme Brûlée Dessert Mix
- 750 ml Cream, 35%
- 750 ml Milk, full fat
- 60 ml Cointreau
- 30 gr Orange whole sliced
Preparation

1Make NESTLÉ DOCELLO Créme Brûlée Dessert Mix according to instructions, add Cointreau after cooking.

2Divide brûlée mix evenly into 2/3 cup capacity ramekins, chill until set.

3Place an orange slice on top of each brûlée, sprinkle with a little sugar.

4Fire to gratin tops. Serve with biscotti or hazelnut tuilles.
