Cointreau Crème Brûlée

Ingredients
  • 195 gr NESTLÉ DOCELLO Créme Brûlée Dessert Mix
  • 750 ml Cream, 35%
  • 750 ml Milk, full fat
  • 60 ml Cointreau
  • 30 gr Orange whole sliced

    Make NESTLÉ DOCELLO Créme Brûlée Dessert Mix according to instructions, add Cointreau after cooking.

    Divide brûlée mix evenly into 2/3 cup capacity ramekins, chill until set.

    Place an orange slice on top of each brûlée, sprinkle with a little sugar.

    Fire to gratin tops. Serve with biscotti or hazelnut tuilles.
