Italian Chicken Bake

Ingredients
  • 2 kg Chicken breast fillets, without skin Cut into pieces
  • 35 gr Bread, multi-grain Breadcrumbs
  • 8 gr Paprika, milk
  • 10 gr Parsley, fresh Chopped
  • 1 kg Potatoes Quartered
  • 5 gr Canola oil Cooking spray
  • 700 gr Red onion Cut into wedges
  • 650 gr Tomatoes Quartered
  • 100 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Golden Roast Gravy Mix
  • 1 L Water

    Pre-heat oven to 220°C.

    Coat chicken with combined breadcrumbs, paprika and herbs. Place in large baking pan with potatoes. Spray lightly with canola cooking spray.

    Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Reduce oven to 200°C. Add onion, bake uncovered 30 minutes. Place tomatoes on oven tray, bake uncovered 30 minutes.

    While chicken and vegetables are cooking, make up MAGGI CLASSIC Golden Roast Gravy Mix with water according to directions on can.

    Place chicken and vegetables on large serving dish, pour sauce over.
