Ingredients
- 50 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Chicken Gravy Mix
- 500 mL Water
- 100 mL Olive oil
- 1 kg Chicken thigh without bone Sliced
- 10 gr Garlic Crushed
- 10 gr Ginger, grated
- 1 kg Mixed vegetables, frozen Defrosted
- 75 mL Soy sauce
Preparation

1Make up MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Chicken Gravy Mix with water according to directions on can.

2Heat half the oil in pan or wok, add chicken, stir fry until light golden, remove from pan.

3Heat remaining oil in pan, add garlic and vegetables, cook 2 minutes.

4Return chicken to pan with prepared MAGGI Chicken Gravy and soy sauce, stir fry 2 minutes.
