Chicken Stir Fry. Exquisitely made with MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Chicken Gravy Mix.
Ingredients
  • 50 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Chicken Gravy Mix
  • 500 mL Water
  • 100 mL Olive oil
  • 1 kg Chicken thigh without bone Sliced
  • 10 gr Garlic Crushed
  • 10 gr Ginger, grated
  • 1 kg Mixed vegetables, frozen Defrosted
  • 75 mL Soy sauce
Preparation

    Make up MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Chicken Gravy Mix with water according to directions on can.
  • 2
    Heat half the oil in pan or wok, add chicken, stir fry until light golden, remove from pan.
  • 3
    Heat remaining oil in pan, add garlic and vegetables, cook 2 minutes.
  • 4
    Return chicken to pan with prepared MAGGI Chicken Gravy and soy sauce, stir fry 2 minutes.
