Irish Stew

Ingredients
  • MAGGI CLASSIC Chicken Flavoured Gluten Free Booster 2.4kg x 6
  • 5 ea Onion Diced
  • 5 Clove Garlic Crushed
  • 1 gr Lamb Diced
  • 0.5 bunch Thyme, fresh Leaves picked plus extra to serve
  • 2.9 L Water
  • 72 gr MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Chicken Flavoured Booster 2.4kg
  • 5 gr Carrot Cut into large batons
  • 650 gr Potatoes Cut into large batons
  • 250 gr Cabbage, white 2cm dice
  • 2 ea Celery 2cm dice
  • 250 gr Green bean, canned and drained Trimmed
  • 5 gr Parsley, fresh
  • 5 gr Rosemary, fresh
  • 5 gr Thyme, fresh
  • 5 gr Bayleaf
Preparation

    Heat butter in pan, sauté onion and garlic. Add lamb cook to seal.

    Add thyme and combined water, MAGGI Chicken Booster, and herbs; bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 45 minutes.

    Add carrots, potato, cabbage and celery; simmer for a further 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beans and cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until tender.

    Serve with sprinkled with fresh thyme leaves and thick cut gluten free bread if desired.
