Ingredients
- MAGGI CLASSIC Chicken Flavoured Gluten Free Booster 2.4kg x 6
- 5 ea Onion Diced
- 5 Clove Garlic Crushed
- 1 gr Lamb Diced
- 0.5 bunch Thyme, fresh Leaves picked plus extra to serve
- 2.9 L Water
- 72 gr MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Chicken Flavoured Booster 2.4kg
- 5 gr Carrot Cut into large batons
- 650 gr Potatoes Cut into large batons
- 250 gr Cabbage, white 2cm dice
- 2 ea Celery 2cm dice
- 250 gr Green bean, canned and drained Trimmed
- 5 gr Parsley, fresh
- 5 gr Rosemary, fresh
- 5 gr Thyme, fresh
- 5 gr Bayleaf
Preparation

1Heat butter in pan, sauté onion and garlic. Add lamb cook to seal.

2Add thyme and combined water, MAGGI Chicken Booster, and herbs; bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 45 minutes.

3Add carrots, potato, cabbage and celery; simmer for a further 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beans and cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until tender.

4Serve with sprinkled with fresh thyme leaves and thick cut gluten free bread if desired.
