Quick Pizza
Ingredients
- 14 gr Yeast, powdered Dry
- 500 mL Water Warm
- 10 gr Sugar
- 600 gr Plain Flour
- 300 gr BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis)
- 150 gr Cheese Tasty grated
- 50 gr Salami Sliced
- 80 gr Black olives Sliced
- 75 gr Capsicum pepper, red Cubed
- 100 gr Mushrooms Sliced
- 75 gr Capsicum pepper, green Cubed
- 100 gr Mozzarella cheese Grated
Preparation

1Combine yeast, water and sugar in bowl, stand in warm place 10 minutes, until bubbles form on surface.

2Add yeast mixture to flour, mix to a firm dough, knead well.

3Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to 1.5cm thickness, place on greased oven tray

4Spread BUITONI Tomato Coulis Sauce over dough, sprinkle with tasty cheese, top with remaining ingredients, sprinkle mozzarella on top.

5Bake in 200°C oven 30 minutes, until golden.
