Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients
  • 40 mL Olive oil
  • 1 kg Pork Diced
  • 200 gr Carrot Sliced
  • 440 gr Pineapple, canned in light syrup
  • 125 mL Vinegar
  • 500 mL Water
  • 40 gr Sugar
  • 300 gr Red bell pepper Cubed
  • 300 gr Broccoli florets
  • 200 gr Button mushrooms
  • 130 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Tomato Soup Mix
Preparation

    Heat oil in pan, add pork cook until well browned. Add carrot, cook further 2 minutes.

    Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Combine reserved juice, MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Tomato Soup Mix, vinegar, water and sugar, add to pan, bring to boil stirring.

    Add remaining ingredients and pineapple, cook further 3 minutes.
