Herb & Garlic Butter Mash
        Ingredients
                
      
      - 125 gr Butter softened
- 65 mL Olive oil
- 2 ea Garlic cloves, crushed
- 40 gr Flat leaf parsley, fresh chopped - can substitute with chives or thyme
- 875 mL Water
- 175 gr MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix 4kg

        1Using electric hand beater, beat butter, oil and garlic together until well combined. Stir in herbs, season with salt and pepper.
- 
        2Bring water to simmer over high heat. Add MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix in a steady stream, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, remove from heat.
- 
        3Add herb and garlic butter to warm mash potato and gently fold in until almost combined. SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious served with chicken, pork or lamb.
