Lemon Custard Baked Dessert

Ingredients
  • 250 gr NESTLÉ Docello Gluten Free Protein Enriched Lemon Flavoured Dessert Mix
  • 65 gr Plain flour
  • 1 L Milk, full cream
  • 3 ea Medium eggs
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • Passionfruit sauce to serve (optional)
Preparation

    Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
  • 2
    Combine the lemon dessert mix and flour then add milk, eggs and lemon zest.

    Beat in an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes to combine the ingredients.

    Scrape down the sides and increase to speed to medium high and beat for 3 minutes until fluffy.

    Pour into an oven proof serving dish (approx. 30cm x 21cm) and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, puffed and just set in the centre.

    Serve warm with cream and passionfruit sauce if desired.
