Lemon Custard Baked Dessert
Ingredients
- 250 gr NESTLÉ Docello Gluten Free Protein Enriched Lemon Flavoured Dessert Mix
- 65 gr Plain flour
- 1 L Milk, full cream
- 3 ea Medium eggs
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- Passionfruit sauce to serve (optional)
Preparation

1Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.

2Combine the lemon dessert mix and flour then add milk, eggs and lemon zest.

3Beat in an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes to combine the ingredients.

4Scrape down the sides and increase to speed to medium high and beat for 3 minutes until fluffy.

5Pour into an oven proof serving dish (approx. 30cm x 21cm) and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, puffed and just set in the centre.

6Serve warm with cream and passionfruit sauce if desired.
