Peppery Beef Skewers with Tomato & Onion Pilaf Rice

Ingredients
  • 15 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Beef Flavoured Booster Gluten Free
  • 5 gr Black pepper, cracked
  • 1.5 kg Beef, rump steak
  • 45 ea Cherry tomato Halved
  • 20 gr Parsley, dried Chopped
  • 40 mL Olive oil
  • 250 gr Onion Chopped
  • 8 gr Garlic Crushed
  • 700 gr Arborio rice
  • 200 mL White wine, dry
  • 1.3 L Water
  • 800 gr BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis)
  • 25 gr MAGGI Classic Beef Flavoured Booster Gluten Free Extra
  • 15 gr Parsley, fresh Chopped coarsely
Preparation

    Combine MAGGI Classic Beef Booster and pepper, toss beef in pepper mixture to coat.

    Thread meat onto skewers alternately with cherry tomato halves and parsley leaves.

    Heat oil in pan, add onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes. Add rice, cook stirring 2 minutes.

    Add wine, water, BUITONI Tomato Coulis and extra MAGGI CLASSIC Beef Flavoured Booster Gluten Free, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until risotto is cooked. Just before serving, stir in chopped parsley.

    Meanwhile, pan fry, grill or BBQ meat skewers until browned and meat is cooked as desired. Serve beef skewers with risotto.
