Boscaiola Sauce

Ingredients
  • 150 gr MAGGI Classic Cheese Sauce Mix
  • 500 mL Milk
  • 500 mL Water
  • 150 gr Mushroom Sliced
  • 50 gr Shallot Finely diced
  • 1 ea Garlic Finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh Chopped
Preparation

    Prepare 1 litre of MAGGI Cheese Sauce using the ratio on the label.

    Sauté sliced shallots, mushrooms and garlic until fully cooked. (soft)

    Add 100 mls of water and fully reduce.
  • 4
    Add finely chopped parsley, prepared MAGGI Cheese Sauce and fully combine.

    Serve.
