Caramel Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 400 gr Tea biscuit Chrushed
- 200 gr Butter, unsalted Melted
- 750 gr Cream cheese Light
- 150 gr Sugar
- 4 ea Eggs
- 300 gr Sour cream Light
- 150 gr NESTLÉ Docello Caramel Mousse Dessert Mix
Preparation

1Pre heat oven to 180ºC.

2Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, mix well. Press into base of 26cm x 32cm baking pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.

3Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs and sour cream.

4Beat in NESTLÉ Caramel Mousse Dessert Mix. Spoon mixture evenly over crumb crust.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes until set, allow to cool, refrigerate 2 hours. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
