Dutch Pea and Ham Soup

Ingredients
  • 70 gr MAGGI Gluten Free Pea with Ham Soup Mix 2kg
  • 2 L Water
  • 200 gr Carrot Grated
  • 150 gr Parsnip Grated
  • 100 gr Bacon, cooked Chopped to serve
  • 70 gr MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Potato & Leek Soup Mix

    Combine both soup mixes with part of the water to make a smooth paste.

    Bring remaining water to boil and whisk in the paste.

    Add vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Serve sprinkled with cooked bacon.
