Ingredients
- 75 gr MAGGI Premium JUS LIÉ Beef Flavoured Sauce Mix
- 120 mL Water, boiling
- 10 gr Dried Porcini mushroom
- 500 mL Hot Water
Preparation

1Soak mushrooms in boiling water for 10 minutes; drain well, reserving the liquid; chop mushrooms finely.

2Combine reserved liquid and porcini mushrooms in a pan and reduce over heat until almost evaporated.

3Meanwhile, prepare MAGGI Jus Lié and hot water according to directions on pack; add mushroom to MAGGI Jus Lié mix.

4Perfect with tenderloin, rib eye steak or grilled meats.
