Porcini Mushroom Jus. Exquisitely made with MAGGI Premium JUS LIÉ Beef Flavoured Sauce Mix
Ingredients
  • 75 gr MAGGI Premium JUS LIÉ Beef Flavoured Sauce Mix
  • 120 mL Water, boiling
  • 10 gr Dried Porcini mushroom
  • 500 mL Hot Water

    Soak mushrooms in boiling water for 10 minutes; drain well, reserving the liquid; chop mushrooms finely.

    Combine reserved liquid and porcini mushrooms in a pan and reduce over heat until almost evaporated.

    Meanwhile, prepare MAGGI Jus Lié and hot water according to directions on pack; add mushroom to MAGGI Jus Lié mix.
