Mustard Mash
Ingredients
- 125 gr Butter chopped
- 30 gr Dijon mustard 2 tbs
- 30 gr Mustard, wholegrain 2 tbs
- 875 mL Water
- 175 gr MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix 4kg
- 1 brunch Chives chopped
Preparation

1Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat until sizzling, remove from heat and add Dijon and wholegrain mustards, whisk to combine. Keep warm.

2Meanwhile, bring water to simmer over a high heat. Add MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix in a steady stream, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, remove from heat.

3Add chives to warm butter then fold through mash potato. Sason to taste with salt an dpepper. SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious served with fish, chicken, lamb and gluten free sausages.
