To create a deliciously smooth and yummy mashed potato in minutes, simply follow these steps.

1. Combine water, salt, and butter

Either place the ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil or into a microwave-safe container and heat in for up to 3 minutes.

2. Turn off the heat and stir in your milk

Once the ingredients are heated, add in up to half a cup of milk. You can also substitute hot milk and pour boiling water or stock into the bowl instead.
