Coconut, Cookies & Cream Panna Cotta Tart with Cherry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 ea Sweet shortcrust pastry sheet
- 50 gr Chocolate cream cookie Crushed
- 1 tbsp Coconut flesh, dried and grated
- 75 gr NESTLÉ DOCELLO Panna Cotta Dessert Mix
- 250 mL Milk
- 250 mL Cream 25% fat
- 250 mL Cream 25% fat
- 3 tsp Cornflour
Preparation

1Combine biscuits and coconut and place in the flan base.

2Make NESTLÉ DOCELLO Panna Cotta Dessert Mix according to directions, pour on top of the biscuit mix.

3Decorate flan with some cherries from jar. Chill for 2 hrs.

4To make cherry sauce, place remaining cherries with juice in saucepan. Blend a little of the cherry juice with cornflour to make a paste, add to pan.

5Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until boiled. Remove from heat and chill. Serve tart with sauce.
