Boscaiola Sauce
Ingredients
- 150 gr MAGGI Classic Cheese Sauce Mix
- 500 mL Milk
- 500 mL Water
- 150 gr Mushroom Sliced
- 50 gr Shallot Finely diced
- 1 ea Garlic Finely diced
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh Chopped
Preparation

1Prepare 1 litre of MAGGI Cheese Sauce using the ratio on the label.

2Sauté sliced shallots, mushrooms and garlic until fully cooked. (soft)

3Add 100 mls of water and fully reduce.

4Add finely chopped parsley, prepared MAGGI Cheese Sauce and fully combine.

5Serve.
