Almond Panna Cotta
Almond Panna Cotta.
Ingredients
- 150 gr NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta Dessert Mix
- 500 mL Cream 12%
- 450 mL Milk
- 4 tbsp Almond, toasted and slivered
- 2 cup Orange juice Chilled
- 2 tbsp Caster sugar
Preparation

1Mix cream and milk in a 2L or 6L saucepan, bring to the boil whilst stirring.

2Remove from the heat and whisk in the NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta Dessert Mix for 1 minute.

3Stir in the toasted almond meal.

4Pour evenly into lightly oiled moulds.

5Chill until set.

6To make orange sauce, combine orange juice and sugar over low heat, stirring occasionally until a syrup forms.
