Almond Panna Cotta.

Ingredients
  • 150 gr NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta Dessert Mix
  • 500 mL Cream 12%
  • 450 mL Milk
  • 4 tbsp Almond, toasted and slivered
  • 2 cup Orange juice Chilled
  • 2 tbsp Caster sugar
Preparation

    Mix cream and milk in a 2L or 6L saucepan, bring to the boil whilst stirring.

    Remove from the heat and whisk in the NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta Dessert Mix for 1 minute.

    Stir in the toasted almond meal.

    Pour evenly into lightly oiled moulds.

    Chill until set.

    To make orange sauce, combine orange juice and sugar over low heat, stirring occasionally until a syrup forms.
