Savoury Lamb with Potato and Pea Mash

Ingredients
  • 1.5 kg Lamb Diced
  • 40 mL Vegetable oil
  • 250 gr Onion Chopped
  • 5 gr Garlic Crushed
  • 100 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Demi-Glace Sauce Mix
  • 750 mL Water
  • 1.02 kg MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix
  • 1.7 L Water, boiling
  • 500 gr Peas, green, frozen
  • 1 pinch Black pepper, ground
  • 21 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Chicken Flavoured Gluten Free Booster
Preparation

    Heat oil in pan, brown lamb, remove from pan.

    Add onion and garlic to pan, cook 2 minutes.

    Add combined MAGGI CLASSIC Demi-Glace Sauce Mix and water to pan, bring to boil stirring. Return meat to pan, simmer covered 15 minutes.

    Make up MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Mashed Potato Mix with boiling water according to directions on packet.

    Blanch peas in boiling water, drain, process with MAGGI CLASSIC Chicken Flavoured Gluten Free Booster and pepper until smooth, fold into potato.

    Spoon savoury lamb into individual serving dishes, top with potato and pea mash.
