Poached Chicken Supreme with Mixed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 40 mL Olive oil
- 3 ea Onion Chopped
- 125 gr Shiitake mushroom, fresh Sliced
- 125 gr Shimeji mushroom Sliced
- 125 gr Button mushroom Sliced
- 250 mL White wine
- 250 mL Water
- 12.5 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Chicken Flavoured Gluten Free Booster
- 10 ea Chicken Kiev cut
- 450 mL Cream, 35%
- 1 bunch Chives, fresh Chopped
Preparation

1Heat oil in a pan; cook onions over low heat without colour, add mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.

2Add combined white wine, water and MAGGI CLASSIC Chicken Flavoured Gluten Free Booster, bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer. Gently add chicken to pan; cover and shallow poach approx 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

3Add cream to poaching liquid and reduce until it thickened. Correct seasoning and add chives.

4Serving Suggestion: Serve with shoe string fries and a green salad if desired.
