Spanish Veal Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 50 mL Vegetable oil
- 40 gr Garlic Crushed
- 250 gr Bacon Chopped
- 300 gr Capsicum pepper, red Finely chopped
- 100 gr Black olive Pitted, finely chopped
- 160 gr Breadcrumb, dried
- 250 mL BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis Sauce)
- 10 ea Veal, chop, with bone
- 10 ea Veal
- 50 mL Vegetable oil Extra
- 1.25 L BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis Sauce) Extra
Preparation

1Heat oil in pan, add garlic, bacon, capsicum and olives, cook 8 minutes.

2Combine with breadcrumbs and BUITONI Tomato Coulis.

3Place stuffing evenly in centre of veal steaks, roll up and secure.

4Heat extra oil in baking pan, add veal, brown well. Add extra BUITONI Tomato Coulis, bake in 180°C oven 25-30 minutes until well cooked. Serve sliced with sauce. If desired, accompany with asparagus.
