Spanish Veal Roll Ups

Ingredients
  • 50 mL Vegetable oil
  • 40 gr Garlic Crushed
  • 250 gr Bacon Chopped
  • 300 gr Capsicum pepper, red Finely chopped
  • 100 gr Black olive Pitted, finely chopped
  • 160 gr Breadcrumb, dried
  • 250 mL BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis Sauce)
  • 10 ea Veal, chop, with bone
  • 10 ea Veal
  • 50 mL Vegetable oil Extra
  • 1.25 L BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Tomato Coulis Sauce) Extra
Preparation

    Heat oil in pan, add garlic, bacon, capsicum and olives, cook 8 minutes.

    Combine with breadcrumbs and BUITONI Tomato Coulis.

    Place stuffing evenly in centre of veal steaks, roll up and secure.

    Heat extra oil in baking pan, add veal, brown well. Add extra BUITONI Tomato Coulis, bake in 180°C oven 25-30 minutes until well cooked. Serve sliced with sauce. If desired, accompany with asparagus.
