Blackforest Mousse Cake.
Ingredients
- 250 gr Tea biscuits Crushed
- 125 gr Butter, unsalted Melted
- 3 tsp Gelatine, powder
- 2 tbsp Water boiling
- 125 gr NESTLÉ DOCELLO Chocolate Flavour Mousse Mix
- 250 mL Milk, full fat Chilled
- 1 cup Cherry Drained, plus 1/2 cup extra
Preparation

1Grease a 23cm spring form pan. In a large bowl combine biscuits and melted butter, press mixture evenly over base and 1/2 way up the sides, refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

2In a small jug, dissolve gelatine into boiling water. Prepare NESTLÉ DOCELLO Chocolate Flavour Mousse Dessert Mix according to packet directions, using chilled milk, fold in gelatine mixture and cherries.

3Spoon into prepared pan, smooth on top using a palate knife, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

4To serve, carefully remove from pan, decorate with chocolate curls and extra cherries.

5By simply adding Morello Cherries to the velvety Chocolate Mousse Mix, your blackforest dessert is an easy option for large functions when made as a slab.
