Potato, Leek and Ham Soup
Ingredients
- 40 mL Olive oil
- 350 gr Leek sliced thinly
- 200 gr Bacon Rasher, cut into strips
- 2 L Water
- 60 gr MAGGI Chicken Flavoured Booster Gluten Free 2.4kg
- 500 mL Cream, 35%
- 1 kg Potato peeled and diced
- 15 gr Flat leaf parsley, fresh finely chopped
Preparation

1Heat oil in pan; add leek; cook over low heat 4 minutes. Add bacon and cook for a further 4 minutes.

2Add combined water, MAGGI Chicken Booster, cream and potato; bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Correct the seasoning and stir through parsley.

3Serving Suggestion: serve topped with crispy fried bacon and fried leek, if desired.
