Veal Steaks with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 20 mL Olive oil
- 10 ea Veal Steaks
- 20 mL Olive oil
- 180 gr Zucchini Sliced
- 180 gr Red bell pepper Cubed
- 180 gr Carrots Sliced
- 25 gr Breadcrumb, fresh
- 500 mL Water
- 80 mL White wine
- 20 gr Chives, fresh
- 50 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Mushroom Flavoured Soup Mix
Preparation

1Heat oil in pan, add veal steaks, cook until brown, turning once during cooking.

2Place steaks in one layer in 26cm x 32cm baking pan.

3Heat extra oil in pan, add vegetables, cook 3 minutes, spoon evenly over veal, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place under hot grill until golden.

4Heat water in same pan.

5Prepare MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free Mushroom Flavoured Soup Mix with wine according to directions, add to water, bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes. Stir in chives, pour over steaks.

6Serve sauce over steaks.
