Black Forest Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  • 720 gr cherries, morello pitted, from a jar
  • 150 gr NESTLÉ DOCELLO Chocolate Flavour Mousse Mix
  • 300 ml water chilled
  • 13 gr gelatine, powder
  • 60 ml water extra
Preparation

    Drain cherries, reserve juice, arrange cherries in base of serving dishes.

    Prepare NESTLÉ DOCELLO Chocolate Flavour Mousse Mix with chilled water according to directions on pack.

    Spoon prepared mousse evenly over cherries, refrigerate while preparing topping.

    Sprinkle gelatine over extra water.
  • 5
    Bring reserved juices to the boil in a saucepan, add gelatine mixture, stir until dissolved. Cool.

    Pour juice evenly over mousse, refrigerate until set.
  • 7
    Decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
