Black Forest Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 720 gr cherries, morello pitted, from a jar
- 150 gr NESTLÉ DOCELLO Chocolate Flavour Mousse Mix
- 300 ml water chilled
- 13 gr gelatine, powder
- 60 ml water extra
Preparation

1Drain cherries, reserve juice, arrange cherries in base of serving dishes.

2Prepare NESTLÉ DOCELLO Chocolate Flavour Mousse Mix with chilled water according to directions on pack.

3Spoon prepared mousse evenly over cherries, refrigerate while preparing topping.

4Sprinkle gelatine over extra water.

5Bring reserved juices to the boil in a saucepan, add gelatine mixture, stir until dissolved. Cool.

6Pour juice evenly over mousse, refrigerate until set.

7Decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
