Cranberry and Port Jus

Ingredients
  • 75 gr MAGGI Premium JUS LIÉ Beef Flavoured Sauce Mix
  • 500 mL Hot Water
  • 100 mL Red wine
  • 30 gr Sugar
  • 85 mL Port
  • 80 gr (Cranberry sauce) Cranberry
  • 100 gr Frozen Cranberry
Preparation

    Prepare MAGGI Jus Lié and hot water according to directions on pack.

    In a separate pan; combine cranberry sauce, red wine and port.
  • 3
    Bring to boil; add cranberries and sugar; reduce over medium heat until syrupy; add to MAGGI Jus Lié mix.
  • 4
    Perfect with duck, chicken or turkey.
